Infineon Technologies AG(FSE:IFX/OTCQX:IFNNY)has recently expanded its easy-to-use EiceDRIVER™X3 Compact(1ED31xx)and highly flexible EiceDRIVER X3 Enhanced analog(1ED34xx)and digital(1ED38xx)grids Pole driver series,respectively,introduced reinforced isolation products,designed to improve application safety and extend service life.The new products are VDE 0884-11 certified,and both series in 8 mm wide body packages are suitable for applications with stringent isolation requirements,such as industrial drives,solar systems,uninterruptible power supplies,electric vehicle charging,and other industrial applications.
　　The widely used EiceDRIVER X3 Compact series features drive currents of 5.5,10 and 14 A,and an optimized propagation delay of 90 ns.The family also includes Miller clamps that are highly recommended for SiC MOSFET 0 V turn-off.These features make the 1ED31xx suitable for high frequency switching applications,IGBT7 and power switches rated up to 2300 V.
　　The EiceDRIVER X3 Enhanced analog and digital families feature accurate and adjustable DESAT,as well as additional I2C-based configurable parameters,helping to increase design-time flexibility and reduce hardware complexity and evaluation time.At the same time,built-in monitoring functions support predictive protection.
